Venue Bag Policy
No bags or backpacks will be permitted in into the venue except for small clutches (9”x5”x2” max).
Child Ticket Policy
The Fortress offers a family-friendly atmosphere on game days, with all premium lounges and suites welcoming fans of all ages. For Vegas Golden Knights games, guests aged three (3) and older must have a valid ticket, while children under three (3) may sit on a ticketed guest’s lap.
Mobile Ticketing
All Vegas Golden Knights tickets are digital and accessible through the AXS mobile app, allowing you to skip the box office and head straight to the entrance. Simply download the AXS app, sign in with the email used for your purchase, and present your tickets at the gate for entry.
