When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite?

How are my tickets delivered?

All VGK home game tickets are digital and must be accessed via your mobile device. Parking passes will be emailed closer to the date of the game. For easy management, download the Vegas Golden Knights App from the App Store or Google Play.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Is payment required in full?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After booking your suite, a Premium Sales representative will provide you with more details about any inclusive catering packages or F&B spending requirements. You can also place add-ons or order enhancements directly through your representative.

Am I required to purchase catering?

A pre-set rotational menu with beer and wine is included with all single-game suites. Additional catering is available for purchase, but not required.

Can I purchase additional Standing Room Only tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow for additional Standing Room Only (“SRO”) tickets. Contact [email protected] to check availability for your event.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children three (3) years of age and under do not require their own suite ticket. Children under the age of three (3) may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.

What items are prohibited inside T-Mobile Arena?

For security reasons, certain items are not permitted inside T-Mobile Arena, including bags larger than 9” x 5" x 2", backpacks, cinch bags, sling bags, and outside food and beverages. For a comprehensive list of prohibited items, please CLICK HERE.

Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?

Yes, suite tickets grant access to your Luxury Suite or Private Lounge, as well as certain premium club areas inside T-Mobile Arena.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suites include a set number of VIP parking passes for the NYNY Parking Garage, conveniently located next to the East Suite Entry. From there, enjoy direct bridge access to the City National Bank Premium Level at T-Mobile Arena.

Where is the VIP entrance?

VIP entrances are located conveniently on both sides of T-Mobile Arena and connected to our NYNY Parking Garage.

When does my suite open?

Suites and premium seating open in tandem with arena doors—typically 75 to 90 minutes before puck drop—giving you plenty of time to enjoy a VIP experience and indulge in any pre-arranged food and beverage before the game.

Can I order food and drinks from my suite during the game?

Yes! In-suite catering is available for à la carte purchases throughout the game. Guests can also explore a variety of food and beverage options on the main concourse.
